Courier delivery conditions

1- The delivery service for the goods purchased on our website will be carried out in collaboration with specialized courier partners with which Spitzenklasse S.R.L has concluded a contract in this regard (at the moment we have a contract with Cargus  and Sameday  for deliveries within Romania, and we have a contract with DHL for delivery within the EU and non-EU countries (within the European continent). This file will be updated if more contracts have been signed with other specialized courier partner companies).

2- In most cases, the delivery service is carried out with light vehicles such as 1.5-ton vehicles. Other larger vehicles (such as 3 T,5 T,7 T) could be used for deliveries if the delivery location would allow easy access, safe and legal parking of the vehicles of the partner specialized courier companies (according to the followed policy).

3- The shipping cost is calculated according to the delivery area, the volume and the total weight of the order. It is applied according to the physical (actual) weight of the delivery and the volumetric weight, which is calculated according to the formula: length x width x height (measured in centimeters)/6000]. If the weight or chargeable dimensions (length, width, height) of a delivery exceed the limits defined above, the specialized courier companies will apply the additional costs applicable for such a case. The minimum delivery cost, in the case of selecting the delivery option in a locker (inside Romania), is 12 lei (to which additional VAT is added), in the case of standard shipping by courier (înside Romania)is 17.5 Lei (plus additional VAT). The minimum delivery time varies from 1-7 days in general but, it could take longer than that if an unforeseen or unexpected condition such as severe weather or other.

4- Our customers will be informed about the total cost of transportation to their destinations in the shopping cart and checkout pages.

5- Where our website has allowed and added the option of payment on delivery, and our customers have chosen this payment option for their order, the maximum values allowed by our specialized courier partner companies for declared value and cash on delivery respectively, for postal items subject to a declared value delivery service or Ramburs service are as follows:

A)- 5.000,00 lei (for the reimbursement service, addressed to legal entities).

B)- 10.000,00 RON (for the reimbursement service, addressed to individuals).

6-If we have added on our website the option of delivery to a locker of one or more of our specialized courier company partners, the cost for this option will be mentioned in our shopping cart and on the payment pages.

7- Our customers must ensure that they mention the detailed and accurate delivery address and contact details where the products are to be delivered.

8- For order delivery, our specialized courier partner companies will inform our customers about the status of their shipment by any means of communication (by phone or in writing, e-mail, text message or tracking website). Our specialized courier partner companies will make 1 (one) free delivery attempt of the order. If the order cannot be delivered (e.g. the customer is not at home), our specialized courier partner companies will notify the customer and store the parcel at the point of contact for delivery to the customer for a period of 5 (five) calendar days from the date of receipt of the notice by the addressee,  storage which does not incur additional charges.

9- If the Customer fails to receive the shipment under the conditions mentioned in the previous paragraph, the Customer will be charged the fees or costs incurred in returning the undelivered parcel at the standard rates provided by the specialized courier partner companies applicable at the time of return.

10-For parcel deliveries to a location other than the one specified on the delivery address (and printed on the AWB), additional charges may be levied by the specialized courier partner companies for redirection of the order. This will be communicated to customers by the specialized courier partner at the time of delivery.

11-The time and date of delivery will be communicated and shared to customers by the specialized courier partner companies after placing the order by e-mail, SMS, phone, tracking number or other.

12-Delivery of products is made according to the courier’s working hours, Monday to Friday, between 09:00 and 17:00, a specialized freight partner provides weekend deliveries (Saturday and Sunday) for an additional fee, the rates proposed on the website do not include special weekend delivery rates. In case the customer wishes a weekend delivery,  the customer can mention this in the “additional information” section during checkout and after placing the order, an additional invoice (for the additional weekend delivery charge) will be sent to the customer by e-mail and once the customer makes the payment, the delivery will be arranged accordingly. For an easier experience for our customers, we will try to include a direct payment option for weekend deliveries at the time of payment in the near future.

13-On receipt of the product, please present an identity document or PIN code or both to the courier company representative if requested.

14-For Force majeure: In situations of force majeure (floods, fire, earthquakes, snow, extreme weather conditions or restrictions of the authorities, impassable access roads, etc.) and/or delays caused by the customer’s fault (eg. the customer does not answer the phone to pick up the order, the delivery was rescheduled at the customer’s request but no one is home on the date set for delivery, etc.),  does not assume responsibility for delays in the delivery of goods and, in this case, we will have to reschedule the delivery.

15-If collection from our working point is available on our website, we will keep the order ready for collection by our customer upon receipt of the order, and the customer should provide us with the detailed time and date for collection based on the communication via email, WhatsApp and SMS.

16-The delivery will not contain dangerous, prohibited or restricted goods for transportation.
